"It is a great pleasure for us today to be toured around one of the largest international exhibition in the world, where Greek entrepreneurship is having a strong presence for a second consecutive year.
The fact that Greece is one of the honoured guest countries in this year's exhibition reveals the excellent relations that have been established over the years between the two countries.
We visited the Greek pavilion and had the chance to discuss with the entrepreneurs about the joint efforts being made from the Greek business sector to strengthen Greece's brand name in international markets. Greek agricultural goods and products stand out in every corner of the world guaranteeing that Greece has everything it takes to succeed by showcasing the country’s comparative advantages. It is now evident that the financial climate is changing. Our national economy is becoming extrovert, whilst an investment-friendly environment is gradually being developed, as a result of specific vision and planning. The Region of Attica will make a contribution in this respect, with policies aimed at the development and prosperity of local communities.”
